Frequently Asked Questions Question: Are your liners waterproof?
Answer: Our materials are coated heavy-duty nylon and are completely waterproof. That said, they do have a zipper and sewn seams. In the 20 plus years we have been making liners, it has never been an issue. We have liners in daily service in many Police Departments and military applications around the world with no complaints.

Question: How are you able to make these liners in the USA?
Answer: We have automated cutting and sewing machines that improve production and increase our hourly output. We waste less than 2% of the materials we purchase.

Question: Do you make custom Liners?
Answer: You bet. We need your bags information and dimensions. Prepayment is required.

Question: Do your liners hold ice, food or drinks?
Answer: No. We do sell a cooler for that.

Question: Do they stand up by themselves? Are they ridged?
Answer: No, they are soft sided. Why? If you were to have a hard-sided liner, something would have to make it "hard or ridged". This adds weight and bulk using up valuable space in your bags. Another issue is sometimes you want to carry items that you don't want to put in your liners, wet rain gear for instance. If you had a liner that took up all your space this wouldn't be possible.

Question: Who designs your liners?
Answer: All designs are done in house by our computer design staff.

Question: Do you make liners in custom colors?
Answer: Yes, some are standard on this site. Custom orders and colors are no problem. Prepayment is required.

Question: When do you ship?
Answer: In most cases, we ship on the same day the order is placed, M-F. The product is usually packaged within minutes after the completion of the order.

Question: Do you ship to APO address & P.O. Boxes?
Answer: Without question and without any extra fees.

Question: Do we do embroidery & does it delay shipment?
Answer: Yes, we embroider most all of our products. However we will not embroider trademarked names or company logos. It will usually not delay shipment if the order is placed early in the day M-F.

Question: Is there a fee for embroidery?
Answer: No.

Question: What happens if I don't like the product?
Answer: Return it. You can return any unused product for a full refund (less shipping). We do not allow returns on embroidered items unless we made the mistake.

Question: Do we have a dealer program?
Answer: Contact us if you are a legitimate retailer.

Question: How many liners do I get?
Answer: In most cases our liners are sold as set of 2 liners. Trunk & Tour-Pak are the exception.

Question: What is the warranty on your products?
Answer: Our liners have an unconditional guarantee. If you have an issue, we'll fix it.
