I would like to thank everyone at TLC Products who were involved in making my order an extremely pleasant experience. The liners for my ST1100 arrived this morning after taking only a week to get to Australia.
Unpacking the liners was equally rewarding as the quality of materials and workmanship far exceeded my expectations. They fit perfectly and look very, very professional (Great for going into a hotel with rather than carrying plastic bags or the full hard pannier).
Value for money? Most certainly! Could any perspective purchaser expect any better service, materials or manufacturing quality? No! TLC Products simply cannot be beaten in any area!
Keep up the great work and by the way, it’s great to see your products being made in the USA rather than being ‘farmed’ out to off shore manufacturing for cheapness (and lesser quality!!).

Thank you for your quick handling of my order. The bags arrived in time for my trip to Ruidoso, New Mexico from Camp Verde, Arizona... I'm still on the road. The bags work great and I like the black on black embroidery. The tool bag is great / multi purpose.
I haven't put the FXR bags to the the test yet, but they look great.
Life is great. Road Glide on the road with your bags, good weather and trying to duck photo radar. Yee Haw!!!!

Hi folks...
I just received my bags which were actually made for a Harley Road King but also happen to fit perfectly in my 07 Moto Guzzi California Vintage.
I thought I would take the time to tell you that they are better made than the ones I bought from Harley a few years back and also happen to cost almost 150 dollars more.
I do not know how you do it but I could not be happier with your bags. Double zippers and inside pockets with a ton of storage room to boot.
I am really amazed you can actually sell such a quality product for so little money.
I have a nasty habit of buying a new bike every few years and now you have a customer for life.
Shop the competition and you will see what a incredible value you have in your bags.
The free embroidery is a classy touch and now I can actually tell which is mine and which is my wife’s, although hers is always the one that is overstuffed and way over weight....Gotta love them though.

I am a little blown away. My liners showed up FAST, and were everything they were promised. It seems that mediocre is the norm these days, but your company seems to be an exception to this. Tlcproducts, I wanted you to know you build a great "tough" product. My wife filled our 96 Ultra Classic's bags with crap she bought on a recent trip. I had to bungee our liners to the tour pack. This was not what I bought the liners to do. On the way home the bungee came loose and the liners took off. They took off at better than 75 miles per hour. After turning around and backtracking some 35 miles I found my liners. Much to my surprise they were in tact. They were scuffed up and one had a hole in it, but they stayed together and our belongings were not lost or even damaged.

Back in April I ordered a set to be sent to an address in Indiana (the father of my friend). He brought these back and I was very pleased with the liners, but puzzled by the embroidering as it did not match what I ordered. I called to ask what happened and the very friendly customer service rep promised to look into it, which is exactly what I had hoped for. But I was surprised when my friend returned from Indiana last week bearing another set of liners - ones with the correct embroidering. I didn't realize you shipped a replacement set but now I'm the proud owner of 2 sets and this gives me even more reason to recommend your product to other riders...something I had done previously as I think these are well-designed.
So this email is long overdue, in that you sent the replacement liners months ago, but thanks all the same. Very commendable.
